Mr. Steve Latsis is a retired USAF Acquisition Officer with a BS in Math, BS in EE, and MS in Systems Management and is a certified Scrum Master and Scaled Agilist.  While in the Air Force and for the past 20 years in the Defense industry, he has been a leader and innovator in Rapid Prototyping, Spiral Development, and now Agile Software DevOps implementation.  Over the past 12 years, he led the Air Force’s Global IT Network Infrastructure portfolio of over 1M network systems and components, including the USAF’s enterprise deployment of Remedy. This past year, he has led the design and development of the Air Operations Center’s Remedy replacement system based on Atlassian’s Jira Service Desk, Insight CMDB, and Confluence application suite.
