With a 27 year career at Autodesk, he started to use Jira and Confluence in 2007 by proposing them to a small team of 30 people. The success of his implementation gradually extended to the rest of the engineering teams, information technology and other non technical teams; his success story was shared at 3 Atlassian Summits. Claudio holds a bachelor in Information Systems from UADE - Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and a postgraduate in Communication Networks from the EPFL - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology: in 1996 he implemented the HTML GZIP compression today used in all browsers.
