Giacomo is driving the Maersk Agile Transformation. With a background in innovation management, Giacomo has worked in different industries as Business Consultant and Change Lead for more than 15 years. Lately he has led workshops with senior executive on Business Agility and is speaking at conferences that address these topics. Originally from Italy, he now lives with his wife and their 3 kids in Copenhagen. He grew up in South Africa where he lived with his family from when he was 6 until he was 17 years old.
