Audience: Anyone who is interested in understanding the ways to automate Jira. These can be developers, engineering leads, site reliability engineers, DevOps engineers or technical project managers. The hands-on labs can be done even if you have not ever coded, though programming and/or IT experience is helpful to understand the course.
